Set content with jquery to display messages to the user via pop-up modal
Choose a report.
Select the resource for the use data report needed from the dropdown menu.
Once you choose the report, two dates will appear at the top. One is the most recent month with use data available. The other is the oldest date use data is available. Use these as a guide when selecting your parameters in the second step.
For example, ChiltonLibrary has use data as early as 07/01/2021 or as old as 07/01/2018. Use this to help you determine your date range.
Select a date range.
You can view use data for each month. For example, use data for August is available by selecting 08/01/YYYY, September 09/01/YYYY, or October 10/01/YYYY. Select the first day of the desired month. Selecting 9/15/2021 - 9/17/2021 will not yield any results because all use data for September (and other months) is associated with the 1st of the month.
Select The 1st date you would like to see use data for.
Select the date for the last month for which you want to retrieve use data.
You may omit the second date parameter if you only want to view the use data for the month selected in the first date parameter.
For example, to view the use data for June of 2021, select these dates for the parameters.
If you do not wish to narrow your results, you may skip this step. To narrow results more, click Additional Selection Options. You may narrow your use data results by County, ITC, or School/Institution if available for that resource.
Click Show to view results of your search in table form. If the table is blank, there were no results for the parameters selected.
Additional Information:
Depending on the amount of resource use data available, horizontal and vertical scroll bars will allow you to search the results. All columns can be sorted alphabetically. For best results, select the report and set the date parameters first. Click Show for results. Next, narrow the results with the Additional Selection Options and click Show to view the new list.
Download your results.
To download a spreadsheet of your results, enter a valid email address in the form below the results table. Click Create Spreadsheet. Click the link that appears to open or save the file. It may appear at the bottom of your browser window or in your downloads. The file name will be the name used in the email address you provided.
